One-On-One Story As Language Course

My 4-month program is the heart of Story as Language, the basis for which I wrote my own work that broke into the industry, and the method that's helped screenwriters win awards with first-time work and attach producers and financiers. 

Over the course of 4 months, you'll write 3 drafts in total - 1 first draft and 2 polished drafts. We'll approach this work via your story's meaning, not just its functionality, which is the case with most screenwriting coaching. 

Entering your story via meaning makes the process of writing it not only more accessible, but more enjoyable - more rewarding. Screenwriting is not only formulaic, it's also based on deeply-rooted human expression. We'll quickly understand what it is you are uniquely wanting to express, and use that expression to understand the organic formula of your screenplay. 

With weekly hour-long coaching sessions and daily customized assignments, you will be supported through every stage of finishing these three drafts of your first screenplay, and feel empowered to take the next steps on your path to getting the film made.
